Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation and cannot fill your appointment, then 50% of the treatment cost will be charged

Booking Fee

A small booking fee of £30 will be taken via telephone/in salon or online on all appointments over 2 hours.

The booking fee will not be returned to you if you cancel your appointment with less than 2 working days’ notice.

Working days are Tuesday to Saturday.

Bookings and Payment Policy

It is advisable to pre-book all treatments and packages. £25.00 per person deposit will be required to secure your booking. A minimum of seven days notice will be required if you wish to change or cancel the date of your event.

Events cancelled prior to the minimum seven days notice will have all deposits returned. Cancellations within seven days of your event will, regrettably, incur the loss of any deposit/s made. Any changes of treatment choice on the day shall be at the therapist and/or the clients discretion. Any outstanding balance/s are payable to your therapist on the day.

Cash or cards accepted.


We regret that no cash refunds will be given on any treatments, sales, or vouchers. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.


We do not take any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to either yourself or your belongings within the premises.
